Heath Week 2026: Nature Wellbeing Walk

Nature Wellbeing Walk
Come and join us for a gentle walk with space for listening and reflection; an opportunity to connect with nature and your always available wellbeing.
Create a hazel journey stick as you walk; selecting small items you find along the way without thought, being guided by what feels good. Hazel’s intrinsic values of intuition, wisdom and creativity may inspire you along the way.
Vicki Montague is a professional Wellbeing Coach. Her interest is in helping people to see through their apparent limitations and to live from their true limitless potential. She travels alongside people, helping them live a more peaceful, ease-filled life, free from the limitations of their mind. She loves nature and what it can teach us about ourselves.
Rebecca Abrahams is a qualified therapist working with adults and children. Her work brings together her passion and experience of connecting and restoring both nature and human health and wellbeing. She is an active community connector and has over 30 years-experience working to protect and restore our beautiful natural world.
Together, Vicki and Rebecca create spaces for people to connect… with themselves, others, nature and the inherent wellbeing that lives within us all.
This is a free activity but places are limited so please contact Vicki at [email protected] to book your place.
