We are hiring – Fundraising Manager

The Pebblebed Heaths Conservation Trust has management responsibility for the East Devon Pebblebed Heaths National Nature Reserve and the Otter Estuary. These sites are of international conservation significance and amongst the most beautiful and wildlife-rich recreation locations in East Devon with a combined 1 million+ visits annually. We are looking to recruit an experienced, inspiring and creative individual to join our small but highly dynamic and committed team to lead on the shaping and delivery of our fundraising strategy for the benefit of nature and local communities. This new role will help us build our fundraising capacity to ensure we achieve our charitable objectives and vision in the long-term. This post provides an opportunity to influence the direction of fundraising travel for our organisation from an early stage. The successful candidate will play a major role in safeguarding and enhancing the future of a landscape of immense natural, historic and social value. Since its formation in 2006 the trust has been a pioneer in conservation and we welcome applications from candidates who bring a pioneering approach whatever their experience and background.
