Health Walk
A guided walk around the beautiful Otter Estuary with Estuary Ranger, Rick Lockwood.
Seachange Health Walks are low level weekly walks starting from Seachange and suitable for people with mobility aids/rehabilitating etc.
Seachange walks are provided free of charge however Seachange request all participants to register and complete a disclaimer to take responsibility for fitness to take part in these activities and to let us know in advance if you plan on attending a walk.

Event Details:
Please wear walking shoes and clothes suitable for the weather including a hat for either sun or cold. A stick may also be useful to help navigate certain areas, and we suggest taking water.
Dogs on leads welcome.
