We are hiring – Community Engagement Ranger

***This position has now closed***

Do you have a passion for connecting communities with landscapes and enabling people to take positive action for nature? This is an exciting opportunity to join our small but dynamic team managing two nature reserves in East Devon.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with experience of connecting people to nature to play a key role in delivering ‘Pebblebeds for All’ a three year HLF funded project. This exciting new project focuses on designing and delivering an innovative programme of events to support the health and wellbeing of local communities and to improve understanding of the special qualities of the Pebblebed Heaths NNR.  A key part of this will be growing our volunteering offer and establishing a new youth ranger scheme.

If you are committed to driving nature recovery, have an interest in working with local communities, and a proactive approach to public engagement we would love to hear from you.
