Parking for less mobile individuals is possible at Model Airfield car park. Otherwise\, attendees should be prepared to walk on heathland paths from other car parks nearby (between 0.5-1.5 km walk each way). Parking will be busy so please consider car sharing where possible and please do not park on the road or in passing places.\n\n  \nKnow before you go… \nYou will need poo bags and a lead for a your dog/s\, all dogs must remain on lead around the event area. \nThis event has been designed for you to enjoy with or without your dog. Her work brings together her passion and experience of connecting and restoring both nature and human health and wellbeing. DESCRIPTION:Woodbury Common Trail Run \nTrail run on Woodbury Common in support of The Pebblebed Heaths Conservation Trust for Heath Week 2026. \nMeeting at The Estuary view car park for a 6:30pm start. The distance of the run will be between 5 to 6k with a few little challenging but fun hills thrown in to make it just that bit more interesting. This run is part of our #RunAndTalk programme encouraging the benefit to your mental health through running. \nWe run as a group on this very scenic run whilst bearing in mind this is a trail run with loose stones and uneven pathways. SUMMARY:Heath Week 2026: Seachange - Health and Nature Walk
DESCRIPTION:Health and Nature Walk \nJoin Engagement Officer\, Kate Ponting and Apprentice Ranger\, Ned Mills\, for a guided walk across the beautiful Pebblebed scenery for 2 hours\, covering East Budleigh Common and visiting Bystock Day along the route. We will follow pathways across the heathland but the ground has loose stones underfoot so appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn. Take water and refreshments for a short stop halfway. \nSeachange Health and Nature Walks explore the diverse terrain of our local countryside on these bi-weekly volunteer-led Tuesday walks\, ranging from approx. 3-3.5km in length.
