In addition\, young Curlew have been reared and released annually by a new initiative called headstarting\, developed and delivered by WWT staff from Slimbridge. The first of these released curlew are now returning to Dartmoor to breed. \nFor more information about The Dartmoor Curlew Recovery Project\, click here. \n  \nEvent Details: \n\nDate: Friday 24th October 2025\nTime: 19:00-21:30\nLocation: Budleigh Salterton Cricket Club\nW3W: difficult.glad.seashell\nGrid Reference: SY 07019 83134\n\n  \nAccessibility \nAssistance dogs only. \nDisabled toilets and lifts are all available at the cricket club but if you wish to discuss accessibility for this event please contact mail@pebblebedheaths.org.uk \n  \nThis event is organised as part of Wetland Weekender 2025.
