East Devon Pebblebed Heaths Conservation Trust is applying for the Secreatary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) for consent to construct works on Aylesbeare, Harpford, Hawkerland, Bicton, East Budleigh, Withycombe Raleigh, Lympstone, Colaton Raleigh, Manor and Woodbury Common under Section 38 of the Common Act 2006.
